Our Warranty Policy

During the first 2 years we will fix any problem free of charge, and we'll also cover shipping costs both ways.

After the second year, minor parts (such as wiring and connectors) are still replaced for free. Major parts (such as amplifier modules, input buffer board, and LED board) will be replaced for the cost of the part. Customers cover shipping costs both ways.

Fun Fact: All the components in our amplifiers are plug and play. Any part can be replaced without soldering. So if something goes wrong, you can ship the amp back to us for repair, or we can ship the part to you if you want to do it yourself!
